The Most Efficient Way to Destroy the Universe update 2016

The Most Efficient Way to Destroy the Universe update 2016 Do you know The Most Efficient Way to Destroy the Universe? Please watch this video you can understand. Technological advances like the internet, social media and mobile technology have had a profound impact on what makes a good leader compared to a generation ago. This is not an obvious connection that many make. But, it's there nonetheless -- and the most effective leaders know how to make this work to their advantage. Following are two ways technology has affected leadership in companies worldwide. If your leadership style hasn't changed to keep pace, you could be left behind. 1) The best leaders have critical thinking skills: With the information superhighway at every one of their team member's fingertips, it's easy for today's managers to be inundated with a flood of information quickly. The best leaders know how to use their critical thinking skills to parse information and make decisions quickly. 2) The most effective leaders embrace change: Mobile technology like cloud computing means that you can ostensibly outsource a project to a faraway country one day and have it back by the time your team members get to the office the next day. This means that changes to an existing project can be made on a dime. And, with the advent of technology like social media, word can be spread - good or bad - about your company's brand in minutes. What all of this means is that you must be the type of leader who embraces change, for technology makes it inevitable. The hierarchical, command and control structures of the past are gone. The days of simply telling someone to do something are gone. In addition to influencing their employees, the best leaders also influence people outside of their firms to create, capture and distribute value through a network of organizations... That's why influence is so important. Technology is responsible for much of the hierarchical structure being torn down. How/why? As discussed in a previous article here, Managing Generation Y: What Makes a Good Leader, it's because those who are in the workforce now (ie, Generation Y), grew up with technology in ways those before them could never have dreamed about. Doing business in a global economy is Generation Y's reality, not a someday-to-be-realized myth. And, they don't like to be told to do something just because you're the boss; they want to know not only why they should do it, but they want to be as integral a part of the process as possible. So knowing how to "influence" team members is critical; the days of "bossing" those under you around are over. The Key to Being an Effective Leader in a Global Economy One of the messages I focus on in the leadership training and development seminars I give across the country is "self knowledge." In order to be an effective leader today, it's critical that managers know themselves.
